How did you hear about i Solution?

I had been searching for a compact mop machine for a while but couldn’t find anything suitable. Then I saw i Solution's products being used in several places, like Brownies & Downies in Oisterwijk. I was quickly convinced that this was the right choice for us and scheduled a demo. After that, we started using the i-mop.

What do you find are the biggest advantages?

It’s handy and fast. Our cleaner is happy because it’s ergonomic and requires almost no effort. In the past, she used a mop and bucket, which is hard work and you just end up moving the dirt around rather than removing it.

How do you find working with the i-mop?

It’s great that everyone can use it and all parts are replaceable, which keeps the machine like new. When we had a malfunction, a technician came within 24 hours and provided excellent service.

Do you experience any disadvantages?

The QR code on our machine faded, so it didn’t work anymore. We then directly contact our coach, and he handles it for us.

Our cleaner is over 60 years old, and it’s great that the i-mop saves her both effort and time.

Have there been any direct cost savings?

Do you notice that the cleaning results have improved?

Absolutely! It was always clean, but it used to take us more time and effort. Now it’s much easier. We still scrub once a week to reach the tricky corners and under worktables, then go over it again with the i-mop.

Do you notice a difference in terms of sustainability?

Yes, the i-mop uses less water, and all parts are replaceable. Thanks to our collaboration with i Solution, we can use the machine for years. It’s not a one-time purchase like a TV. And if your TV breaks, you just buy a new one, which is a waste. That’s not the case here.

Have you already used the swap service?

Yes, and it was very quick. I didn’t even have to get involved myself; my staff handled it.

How did you find the coaching and training?

It was good. We received a clear demo, but I was actually already convinced. The ladies here were somewhat skeptical because they were used to their methods. But now they wouldn’t want to work without it!

Do you have any advice for other businesses considering i Solution?

Schedule a demo. You’ll learn everything you need to know. If you have areas cluttered with items, the i-mop XL might not be convenient. I also own a café with many tables and chairs where the i-mop XL is less easy to maneuver. But in our snack bar, it’s excellent!

How did the implementation of the i-mop go?

Piece of cake. It went so smoothly that we now have an i-mop in all our businesses.
