Our coaches provide tailored advice for your location. Our recommendations focus on saving time (fewer cleaning hours), optimal staff deployment, improved cleaning results, sustainability, and the health of your employees. You are guaranteed ergonomically responsible products, reduced water and energy consumption, and a choice of various plant-based cleaning agents.

Flexible fleet

With our service, you have a lot of flexibility. You can easily scale up or down, even for one-time events. Our user-friendly machines operate on a plug-and-play concept, allowing you to use chargers and batteries for different devices. Accessories such as brushes, squeegees, and pads are specifically tailored to your cleaning needs and included in the monthly fee. Only i-dose and i-bin cassettes need to be purchased separately through our webshop portal, with a 10% discount.

Training

The coach trains your staff for a streamlined cleaning approach. This ensures everyone knows exactly what to do for the best results. Our training also shares ergonomic tips for more job satisfaction and less downtime.

Maintenance

Depending on your subscription, we send parts such as squeegees, pads, and brushes directly to you every month, every 4 months, or every 6 months. You can easily and quickly replace these yourself. Additionally, we perform a comprehensive maintenance check on your machines annually, replacing parts if necessary. During this check, we can also conduct important measurements: we can test surface hygiene with an ATP measurement according to the HACCP standard (or a stricter standard if you wish). On request, we also perform a SLIP test to assess floor slipperiness, ensuring safety for your visitors and staff.

Digital report

The collected data and information are stored in our digital logbook. You receive an annual report with the results, which shows your savings and consumption at a glance. This report can also serve as proof of diligence in the event of unforeseen incidents. If needed, additional data can be added, such as inspection results, cooling temperature monitoring, facility objects, maintenance contracts, and timely reminders for periodic checks, cleaning, and inspections. Think of fire extinguisher tests, air conditioner refills, air filter replacements, hood cleaning, ice machine inspections, and pest control - all conveniently located in one place.

Dedicated coach

The coach is available for questions, coaching, and advice. If desired, the coach can also provide additional training, such as when hiring new staff, when optimization of the cleaning routine is necessary, or when new machines are added to your fleet.

Annual NEN 3140 inspection

Every year, we perform a NEN 3140 inspection at no cost. This is of great importance for both the safety of your employees and the work environment. Working with electrical equipment carries risks, situations we want to prevent. Just as the manufacturer is responsible for the CE marking, the employer also bears responsibility for this. All work equipment in your company must be inspected at least annually by an expert according to the NEN 3140 standards. This is also expected from your insurance. We fully take care of this for you.

Swap service

Is one of your machines unexpectedly not working? Then we swap the machine. We aim to do this within 48 hours. During busy periods, this can take up to 72 hours.
